Join us for Gentle Movement For Everyday Activities with Lauri Brammer.
This three-week session focuses on gentle movement, breathing exercises, and balancing postures to enhance strength and flexibility and help maintain the ability to perform everyday activities.
August 12 & August 19.
These sessions will be held in the dining hall at the Fairmont Senior Center from 11:00 – 11:45 am.
Classes are FREE and open to the public.
