Gentle Exercise For Seniors

Join Shawn Reese, Assistant Professor of Exercise Science at Fairmont State University, for a session of gentle exercises designed with seniors in mind. These low-impact movements will help improve flexibility, balance, and overall wellness in a safe and supportive setting. All fitness levels are welcome!
